Somebody's Watchin' Me

Somebody's Watching Me is a self titled single EP from 1984and is by '80's Motown/ pop-rock artist Rockwell. It is as popular as it gets with a Paranormal Tune. The video is set in a haunted house/ Psycho type of theme, which is quite fitting for it. It is a carnival caricature of the classic horror movie genre.
The song features famed Motown artists (and brothers) Jermaine and Michael Jackson.  It was remixed and released on Michael Jackson's post mortem album 'Immortal' in 2011. Also released as a remixed single on Beatfreakz in 2006.
It has been in many movies as well as a series of GEICO Insurance commercials.

On the Beat Freaks video... a strong PG-13, but done really well. If you are opposed to your children seeing legs and 'booties', ya might just want to cover the screen and listen to the song.
